(1775-1842) lived In Paramaribo, Suriname. She was the daughter of David and Rebecca de la Parra. In 1799, she married David Cohen Nassy, who was a widower. David was substantially older than her, and he died only seven years after they married. After his death, Rebecca married Samuel Haim de Moses Cohen Nassy, David’s third cousin. Samuel was also a widower, having been married previously to Lea Jessurun Lobo, who died the same year as David.
